  • How our fares are calculated

    All Fares are calculated to, through or from Sudbury.

    Our minimum fare for upto 3 passengers is £4.70 increasing by £1.20 per half mile or part therof.

    For 4 to 7 passengers add 50%

    For 8 + passengers please contact the office for a personalised quote.

    Airport and long distance journeys are priced by the office at a reduced rate.

    Verbal quotes are only valid for the day they are given unless a booking is made at the time.

    Email quotes are valid for 1 week from the date of the email or untill a booking confirmation is sent, whichever is the sooner.

    Any charges out of our control (tolls, bridge charges, Airport Charges etc.) will be quoted at the current rate but may increase at the discretion of the authority or company making the charge.

    Waiting time is chargeable from the time booked or agreed by the customer till when the journey commences. Five minutes is usually given free of charge but we respectfully request all our customers to be ready for collection at the booked time.  Waiting is charged at £5.00 / 10 minutes (day rate) or £7.50 / 10 minutes between 22:30 and 05:00 (night rate)

    Night rates are as per the standard applicable day rate + 50%

     

  • Soilage or fouling of a vehicle

    IF you or any of your party soil or foul a vehicle such that it cannot go straight on to another fare, there is a charge of £120.00 payable immediately.

IMPORTANT

All calls to our numbers are recorded for training and monitoring purposes and may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.

  • How long do I have to cancel a booking ?

    If you need to cancel a booking, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice. If you are unable to provide us a notice of cancelation, a charge will be applied.

  • Do you offer a referral program?

    We do! When you refer someone and they hire us, you will receive 10% off your next service. If you refer more friends, each additional referral will provide you 10% off your next service as a special thank you reward.
